| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Switch/Maestro or Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch. Backordered items are not charged until they are dispatched. |
| Shipping And Handling All items purchased from this site are subject to a delivery charge, options for delivery services will be offered at the checkout stage of your order. The total charge for delivery will be displayed on your final order page, we recommend that you print this page for your own records. |
| Delivery Schedule Any order placed on this site before 3.00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, if you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on Monday before 10.00am. Standard Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service in the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel islands.) unless you select a different delivery option at the checkout, all products ordered by this method will normally arrive within 10 working days. 48 hour delivery If you select the 48hr delivery option at the checkout your order will be delivered within 48hrs of dispatch, please note that the delivery services do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays therefore orders placed after 3.00pm Thursday may not arrive until the following Monday. |

| Guarantee Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for 12 months, if your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it. The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.. All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds & Returns If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please return it to us within 7 days from receipt using the method with which it was sent, when we receive the product back we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days. If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty, please return it to us using the method with which it was sent, when we receive it back we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days. You may return unwanted goods within 7 days of receipt providing it is complete with all accessories, instructions and original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price of the item within 3 working days of our receipt. | Returns Policy Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for 12 months, if your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it. We have our own on-site workshop with fully trained engineers, we continue to give after sales service in guarantee for all products that we sell and out of warranty service for most PURE products. Failure within 7 days If for any reason your radio develops a fault within 7 days from the invoice date please return it to us by 2nd class post (small items) or Royal Mail Parcel Post (large items), we will repair or replace the radio and return it to you, we will refund your postage charges up to a maximum of £7.20. For high value items you may wish to use a registered or recorded delivery service, unfortunately we are unable refund the cost of these services if they exceed the maximum amount shown above. Failure after 7 days but within 12 months If your radio develops a fault within 12 months from the invoice date but after 7 days as stated above, please return it to us and we will repair or replace it. Returning unwanted goods: within 7 days of receipt If you wish to return your purchase for credit or exchange it for a different Make or Model, please return it to us complete with all instructions, original box and accessories, on receipt we will refund the total amount that you paid for the item within 3 working days, unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges. If you return an item to exchange for a different model or an alternative colour of the same model, then regrettably we will make a charge of £6.50 to cover our return postage and packaging. The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage. All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
